Cerise Healthcare are seeking Support Workers to work with our client, suppliers of support and care to Young Adults at their residential services across the Hillingdon area.

The role available is for Support Workers who will be offering support to individuals within the client's residential service. Support Workers must understand the importance of engaging with the residents and promoting an independent lifestyle.
Tasks Support Workers may be expected to undertake include:
1. Provide support to enable individuals to move on to a more independent lifestyle, maximising their opportunities
2. Provide people with a safe and supportive environment
3. Providing support for young adults with multiple/complex needs
4. Be a point of contact should any of the residents require assistance

Cerise Healthcare require all Support Workers to:
1. Be able to work under their own initiative
2. Be compassionate and understanding
3. Have a good understanding of spoken and written English
4. Be reliable and punctual
5. Have recent UK based Health or Social Care experience.
