To support the growth of our Human Factors Integration (HFI) capability, we are looking to recruit a Human Factors Engineer to join our Applied Human Sciences team. The team is a multidisciplinary team of Human Factors experts and Behavioural Scientists with experience across multiple domains. As a Human Factors Engineer, you will be expected to be an integral part of our team, and you will have the opportunity to get involved in a range of interesting and important projects. These will be across a number of sectors including but not limited to energy, defence, space, and government and infrastructure, transport, process and manufacturing, and transport. We are looking for motivated, intelligent and inquisitive professionals, who can solve complex Human Factors problems. You will have a related Master’s degree in Human Factors, and you are encouraged to be an existing (or seeking to become) a member of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors. This includes: Human Factors Knowledge. You can illustrate a broad understanding of the domain and are able to explore how this can be used in the workplace. Interpersonal skills.
