Robert Half Cambridge have partnered with a company in Huntingdon in their search for an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team.
This role is based onsite in the office 5 days a week. Salary offered between £26,000-£30,000, depending on experience.
The Role:
1. Day to Day Bookkeeping activities - Bank reconciliations, Sales invoice posting
2. Keeping on top of emails; responding in a timely manner
3. Preparation of Payroll - reports generated and analysis completed before sending for approval
4. Purchase & Sales Ledger
5. Payment Runs
6. Raising PO's
7. Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties
Experience:
8. Xero experience is desirable
9. Good telephone and email manner
10. AAT qualifications are desirable
11. A competent level of knowledge of Microsoft Word, Teams, Excel and Outlook
