As a key member of our Site Leadership Team, you’ll be the driving force behind the safe, efficient, and high-quality operation of two production plants within our fast-paced, 24/7 bakery environment. You’ll be responsible for leading & developing teams, managing change, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure our fresh products reach our customers on time, in full, and to the highest standards.
Essential Ingredients
1. An experienced and proven manager of people, working in a manufacturing environment, ideally FMCG
2. Willing to work a days based, 4 on 4 off shift pattern
3. Strong financial acumen with experience in planning, budgeting, and KPI management.
4. Proven ability to drive Continuous Improvement and implement strategic initiatives at the operational level.
5. Experience of managing HR processes including absence-management, 121’s, employee engagement and performance improvement
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with an eye for detail and a knack for motivating teams.

9. Change & Project Management: Oversee and manage change initiatives, ensuring smooth project execution and actively driving team engagement.
10. Operational Excellence: Achieve key KPIs, including line efficiencies, quality, freshness, and service levels, through effective planning, performance monitoring, and cost control.
11. Health, Safety & Environment: Champion HSE standards, fostering a safe workplace culture and ensuring full compliance with legal and company requirements.
