We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join our fast-growing company in a hands-on technical sales role. You will be responsible for driving Enterprise sales and business growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities, acting as a trusted advisor to companies with a consultative sales approach. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and other lead-generation activities focusing on Enterprise clients. Handle inbound leads from referrals, and marketing activities – from initial sales qualification to contract close. Qualify new business opportunities by conducting thorough requirements analysis and technical demonstrations of the base hosted solutions platform. Hunt net new customer acquisition by conducting cold calls, seeking out projects, and responding to RFPs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including partnerships, customer success, marketing, professional services, engineering, and product development to develop and execute sales strategies that deliver against the company’s revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential customers, SaaS product partners, and key decision makers, from end users to senior management representatives. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to potential customers. Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures, ensuring that agreements benefit both the client and the company. Skills and Attributes: Minimum of 5 years of proven success in B2B enterprise sales working in the media industry, with a technical mindset, demonstrable business development and sales skills, with a proven track record of success. Strategic thinker with an understanding of both short-term gain and long-term potential. Deep knowledge of the media industry and current technology trends, including cloud and SaaS. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
