To consistently work towards improving sales and service levels this will contribute to the revenue growth, all along delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and continued customer support. Process all supply only product sale orders (DC & AU1), through telephone calls and emails from Customers and External Sales Representatives. Provide high-class, customer service and process customer orders, and returns when neccessary. Investigate further into customer credits, resolve customer queries. Keep up-to-date with new products and register new product specifications on the SAP system. Support internal & external departments with stock and price enquiries.
