This is a part-time position of 25 hours per week, offered on a 9-month fixed term contract. It requires 1 day per week working from our Cheltenham office (a Wednesday).
This part-time Marketing Administrator position is your opportunity to support and streamline our marketing operations while ensuring the highest standards of quality and brand consistency. From managing incoming requests to organising brand training and coordinating with agency partners, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping our marketing engine running smoothly. With a hybrid work arrangement—remote work combined with a weekly office day in Cheltenham—you'll enjoy flexibility while being an integral part of a dynamic and collaborative team.

What we're looking for
* A background in an administrative or project management position (within a marketing function would be a bonus).
* Proven ability to handle multiple priorities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
* Highly detail-oriented with exceptional ability to manage processes, schedules, and communication.
* Adept at building strong relationships with stakeholders across departments and agencies.
* An appreciation for design and branding to maintain visual consistency and high-quality output.
* A commitment to quality assurance and compliance with brand guidelines.
What you'll do
* Manage and prioritise incoming marketing requests, creating efficient workflows for the team.
* Oversee project briefs and ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials to internal "customers."
* Maintain company-wide adherence to brand guidelines, providing resources and guidance.
* Tackle simple design tasks, such as rebranding documents, with training provided.
* Organise brand training sessions for new hires, ensuring consistency in messaging.
* Take ownership of team admin tasks, including raising purchase orders, booking meetings, and liaising with agency partners.
* Manage brand asset uploads to Confluence for company-wide access.
* Lead the QA process for all marketing deliverables, serving as the single point of contact for approvals.
* Ensure Trello boards are updated across marketing departments and present updates during weekly meetings.
Salary
Salary range: £14.09 - £15.38 per hour
On a 9-month fixed term contract and 25 hours per week.
