Personal Assistant / Admin Support

Main Purpose of the Role
This post will involve regular interaction with senior management, stakeholders and other internal teams within RWE. The successful applicant will be required to provide a comprehensive range of administrative duties to support the team leaders for UK Corporate
Key Responsibilities
1. Contribute and deliver a full suite of administrative duties to support the Head of UK Policy and Public Affairs and Head of UK Communications
2. Diary management, planning and coordination of internal and external meetings.
3. Coordinate UK and internal business travel and accommodation arrangements.
4. Managing emails, correspondence, including identifying and communicating urgent actions, directing correspondence accordingly.
5. Processing of invoices and purchase orders for the departments and issue good receipts.
6. Close liaison and collaboration with other Assistants and Personal Assistants internally and externally.
7. Ordering IT and office supplies as and when required.
Knowledge & Skills
8. Proven extensive administrative and office support experience with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks seamlessly and effectively.
9. Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
10. Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to interact with senior management and stakeholders of all levels of the organisation internally and externally.
11. Discretion and trustworthiness with extreme confidentiality; able to hand confidential information.
12. Reliable, proactive and confident with the ability to work independently and work as a team player, maintaining an effective working relationship with a wide range of people.
13. Flexible and adaptable in approach to work with the ability to deal with short notice changes under time pressure.
14. Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, MS Team and SAP.

15. An expected starting salary from £25 000 - £35 000 (pro rata) depending on experience and up to 10% annual bonus
