Align Content with Strategy: Ensure learning content meets organisational resilience goals and regulatory standards. Tailor Training Solutions: Adapt programmes for diverse learner groups, focusing on role-specific resilience needs. Manage Compliance Training: Oversee mandatory and regulatory training, ensuring timely completion and compliance. Drive Continuous Improvement: Measure and enhance the effectiveness of learning programmes through feedback and coaching. Engage Stakeholders: Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify learning needs and align with business objectives. Deliver Engaging Training: Facilitate interactive sessions using varied methodologies to ensure accessibility and effectiveness for all learning styles. About You Expertise in Financial Regulations: Deep understanding of financial services regulations, operational risk, and resilience, with the ability to create effective learning solutions. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels with excellent communication. Project Management Proficiency: Skilled in managing multiple training programmes and initiatives simultaneously. Data-Driven Improvement: Ability to assess training effectiveness and use data to enhance learning programmes. Extensive Training Experience: Significant experience in designing and delivering training within regulated financial services, focusing on resilience and risk management. Compliance Management: Proven track record in managing mandatory and regulatory training compliance. Proactive and Adaptable: Solution-focused mindset, capable of navigating complex regulatory environments and working both independently and collaboratively.
