As an Administrative Assistant, you will be involved with:
Front office management: greeting visitors, handling phone inquiries, and directing queries.
Maintaining accurate student records and data entry.
Supporting the coordination of school events, meetings, and schedules.
Assisting with financial administration, including processing invoices and orders.
Managing and distributing school communications and correspondence.
Liaising with school staff, parents, and external stakeholders as required.About you:
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a school or educational setting. (Desirable)
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and a welcoming, professional demeanor.
Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with school management systems (desired but not essential).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Essential & Desirable Qualifications/ requirements:
Previous experience working in an administrative role (desirable but not essential).
Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with school management systems (desired but not essential).
To be eligible for this role through Prospero teaching, you must:
Hold right to work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide references upon request
Possess up to date Safeguarding Training (or a willingness to undertake this)
