Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Phlebotomist / HCA to provide additional phlebotomy (blood test) and NHS health check capacity to end of March 2025 based at the Coventry and North Warwickshire Cricket Club, Binley Road, Coventry in our fantastic, modern clinics rooms shared with UHCW midwifery and other network services. This is a fixed term contract for part-time hours / job share up to 24 hours per week with regular days until 31st March 2025. Permanent opportunities highly likely to be available following this initial fixed term period. Main duties of the job The successful candidate will be responsible for running daily phlebotomy and NHS Health Check clinics, ensuring that all samples that require hospital analysis are correctly labelled, logged and have the necessary completed paperwork and are ready in time for collection by the courier. Due to this role being at a satelite location it is essential that you can drive and have daily access to a car. About us Forum Health Centre is a busy GP practice rated 'Outstanding' by the CQC.
