Overview
We're growing our team and looking to hire customer-focused individuals to join our Stretford Office as Customer Service & Sales Advisors. Although you will be taking care of sales, we pride ourselves on sales through customer service, putting the customer at the heart of what we do. It'll be your job to ensure they have a magical experience and get details of the insurance package that best meets their needs. No previous insurance experience is required, as all training is provided.
How You'll Make an Impact
* Participate in our training academy to gain essential skills in insurance fundamentals, policy handling, and system processes.
* Engage in a career progression program with opportunities for fully funded professional insurance qualifications (CII).
* Assist customers with queries, set up home insurance policies, and guide them through their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create insurance quotes and renewals over the phone, ensuring the best price and appropriate coverage for customers.
* Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
* Handle incoming and outgoing calls to gather information, provide updates, and address customer concerns.
* Leave customers with a positive impression and satisfaction with our products and services.
* Run multiple tasks using various systems within an encouraging and agile team environment.
About You
* Ability to simplify sophisticated information for customers, both verbally and in writing.
* Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation review and assessment.
* Empathy and composure in customer interactions.
* Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive customer experience.
* Computer literacy.
* GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
Working Hours:
* 40 hours per week
* Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
* One Saturday per month, 9am-1pm
Starting Salary:
* £25,000 per annum
* Quarterly performance-related bonus (average additional earnings of £400 - £500 per month)
