The Role
We’re looking for an Account Director to take the lead on client relationships and martech-led projects. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, helping them shape and deliver solutions focused on customer data, CRM, and campaign platforms.
You’ll work closely with internal strategy, data, tech, and delivery teams to ensure everything runs smoothly — and you’ll spot and drive new opportunities to grow the account.
Experience with martech platforms like Braze or Bloomreach (or similar tools) is a strong plus, especially around implementation and activation.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and develop long-term client relationships
* Lead strategic planning and account development
* Oversee CRM, customer data, and martech implementation projects
* Support clients through platform onboarding, integration, and optimisation
* Run client meetings, write proposals, and lead pitches
* Identify growth opportunities across services and platforms
* Monitor delivery against client expectations and SLAs
What You’ll Bring
* Strong experience in a client-facing role within CRM, customer data, or martech
* Hands-on involvement with marketing technology platforms – ideally Braze, Bloomreach, or similar
* Knowledge of platform implementation and activation processes
* Understanding of data-driven marketing and how CRM and martech can drive results
* Excellent communication, presentation, and commercial skills
* Able to juggle multiple projects while keeping things moving smoothly
* Team player who’s proactive, organised, and solution-focused
