Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a talented and experienced Demi Chef de Partie to join our main kitchen team.
The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Demi Chef de Partie to join our talented team at Pavyllon. As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will support the Chef de Partie in ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards, contributing to the seamless operation of the kitchen.
What You Will Do:
* Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in your designated section.
* Ensure all food is consistently prepared to the standards expected at Pavyllon.
* Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in accordance with Four Seasons’ standards.
* Work collaboratively with other kitchen team members, fostering a positive and professional environment.
* Contribute to the development of junior chefs, offering guidance and mentorship.
* Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering as required.
* Adapt to changing menus and seasonal ingredients with enthusiasm.
What you bring:
* Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie in a high-end restaurant, preferably with Michelin or fine dining experience.
* A passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* A positive and collaborative attitude, with a desire to grow and develop within the team.
* A solid understanding of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
