What the job involves The role involves working closely with HR Senior Business Partners and HR Business Partners to support the execution of Directorate/Service People Plans. You will deliver comprehensive HR generalist advice, focusing on aspects such as sickness absence, bullying and harassment, grievance, conduct, performance management, and recruitment. You will serve as a point of contact for general HR advice, escalating complex issues to senior HR members when needed.
