Job Description

Historic England has a fantastic opportunity for you to join us as our Partnerships Development Manager. This is a Part Time, 6 months Fixed-Term Contract. We will consider 2 days or 2.5 days a week.
The location of this role is National where we offer hybrid working. You will be based in one of our following offices and from home - Newcastle, York, Manchester, Birmingham, Swindon, Bristol, Portsmouth (Fort Cumberland), and Cambridge.

What You Will Be Doing
As our Partnerships Development Manager, you will take the lead on and develop opportunities for partnership funding from trusts and foundations, companies, individuals, strategic funders, and other public bodies in support of agreed priorities. You will collaborate with colleagues in the Philanthropy and Development Team and the wider organisation to ensure funding opportunities are pursued and income is maximised.

* Fundraising experience and track record
* Strong and compelling written and verbal communication skills
* Experience of customer/funder relationship management
* Experience of delivering high-quality donor cultivation and stewardship activity
