OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE
1. Relevant high level digital marketing qualification or equivalent industry experience in a senior digital marketing role
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to influence colleagues
3. Google Master status/Google Squared qualified – Desirable
4. Experience of managing website development and social media channels
5. Management experience and the ability to lead and develop creative teams
IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES YOU CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL
1. Be responsible for planning, developing and implementing all digital strategies for SEO, PPC and Social Media
2. Oversee the development of the website and digital strategies
3. Manage a number of projects simultaneously, keeping the Head of Marketing and other departments informed of the status of projects
4. Effectively manage any agencies and other third parties in connection with all digital projects/platforms, ensuring efficiencies and maximising return on investment
5. Responsible for managing & scheduling email campaigns, ensuring they go to correct databases and tested to work across all platforms/devices
