Job Overview
We have 3 posts available, two at Frimley Park Hospital and one at Wexham Park Hospital.
These posts are whole time equivalent, and are joint positions funded by the Medical Education Department, Directorate of Clinical Education.
The post will involve 0.8 WTE (4 days) within the Medical Education Department carrying out the role of Clinical Teaching Fellow. This post involves carrying out various projects in education. The remaining 0.2 WTE (1 day) will be working in a sub-speciality.
We will also provide a limited study leave budget and contribute towards a medical education qualification.

You will be allocated a mentor for the duration of your post. You will meet at regular intervals to review progress in the development of your skills as an educator.
Regular contact with the Leads for the Units you are teaching to receive information about the teaching session and feedback on student engagement with teaching.
Regular contact by email or in person with the Strategic Lead for Medical Education (cross-site) in respect of all absences (leave, ill health, study leave) and expenses associated with the Fellow role.
