We are looking for a competent office administrator to support our growing domiciliary care company. The successful applicant will be working in conjunction with our care manager, care coordinators, and care staff to help deliver a high service.
About you:
1. Genuine interest in working within a caring environment.
2. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
3. Good IT/Keyboard skills and attention to detail.
4. Team player and leader.
5. Satisfactory police check and check against the ISA list (where applicable).
6. Basic understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act.
7. Hold a full driving license and have unrestricted access to a vehicle.
8. Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365.
9. Previous experience of working in a care setting is preferred.
10. Invoice and payroll preparation would be a bonus.
