The Opportunity
To lead your Team of operators, within a safe & healthy environment, to consistently deliver production targets on time to business metrics. Drive high standards of product safety & quality, through the consistent delivery of housekeeping, hygiene and process control. Ensure Hour by Hour reporting is completed, problem solved and where necessary escalated to the appropriate level. Ensure all relevant process monitoring and documentation is completed precisely, and in a timely manner.

The Skills you will bring to the team
* Food manufacturing experience essential and ideally Level 3 HACCP & Level 3 Food Safety Trained.
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Line Leader role.
* Experience of coordinating both permanent and agency staff on shift-based operations.
* Experience in increasing capability of staff / completing training.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and logs.
* Self-motivated to deliver the role within a fast-paced environment.
* Basic Computer Literacy – able to use MS Programs: Outlook, Excel and inventory control systems eg SAP.
