Business Development Manager – Immersive Arts & Events Agency – London/Hybrid
DNA Recruit is partnering with a global leader in Immersive Arts and Events, seeking a Business Development Manager.
As the company continues its’ International growth, this role will be key in driving expansion, securing strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities worldwide.
Role Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for securing licensing and partnership deals, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
This is a key opportunity for a commercially minded professional with hands-on experience in Immersive Events to shape the future of world-class productions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a business development strategies to expand immersive experiences into new markets.
* Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with promoters, venues, and licensing partners.
* Lead sales pitches, create compelling proposals, and negotiate high-value contracts.
* Maintain and grow relationships with key stakeholders across the Immersive Events sector.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and partner success.
* Represent the company at industry events to drive awareness and generate leads.
* Manage CRM systems, track sales performance, and provide insights to leadership.
* Lead and develop a sales team in a remote-first environment.
Experience & Skills:
* Proven Business Development or Sales experience within Immersive Arts and Events (interactive experiences, exhibitions, themed entertainment, or similar).
* Strong track record of securing high-value deals and managing complex sales cycles.
* Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Established industry network and ability to leverage connections for new opportunities.
* Ability to lead and develop a sales team remotely.
* Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience).
