We have an exciting new vacancy for a Conference and Banqueting Manager to join our team at The Grand Blackpool Hotel. Located on Blackpools famous North Promenade, this central Blackpool hotel boasts 274 bedrooms and is just a short walk from Blackpool centre.

Your duties will include:
* Becoming the most experienced in our room layouts, capacities and audio-visual equipment
* Greeting event organisers and being their contact on the day
* Managing the events team including forecasting and planning rotas according to business needs
* Being an operational part of the hotel management team
* Ensuring the highest levels of presentation of our event rooms
* Leading the operational team ensuring all events are run professionally
The successful candidate will already be an events manager or an experienced supervisor looking to take their first step into a management role. The working week will consist of shifts including evenings and weekends.
