Job Title: Production Manager
FourPointZero is working closely with a highly regarded London-based creative studio, looking to bring on a Production Manager to lead the delivery of innovative, high-impact campaigns for an array of commercial clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage production for a company renowned for its immersive experiences and forward-thinking projects.
Role Summary
As Production Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of diverse, high-profile projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution from planning through to final production. You'll work closely with a dedicated team, using your experience in CGI workflows and production tools to keep projects on track, on budget, and to the highest standards. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, capable of juggling multiple deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities
1. Oversee the daily operations of the studio, coordinating internal and client-based projects.
2. Work alongside producers to manage workloads, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and on time.
3. Manage production management tools, scheduling resources across teams and bringing in freelance or contract support as required.
4. Develop comprehensive production plans and reports to keep all stakeholders informed.
5. Monitor budgets closely, forecasting needs and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
6. Act as the primary escalation point for larger campaigns, ensuring all key delivery milestones are met.
7. Support the Commercial Team during budget discussions and client meetings.
8. Manage contracts, usage licences, and liaise with external producers, equipment providers, and post-production teams.
9. Uphold regulatory, safety, and best practice standards throughout all project operations.
10. Continuously enhance production processes, integrating new tools and technologies to elevate quality and efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
1. Proven experience as a Production or Project Manager in a studio environment, ideally with 5+ years' experience.
2. Expertise in CGI workflows and tools, with proficiency in AE, C4D, and Unreal Engine or equivalent.
3. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a focus on budget management and reporting.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects seamlessly, responding quickly to evolving deadlines.
5. Familiarity with project management tools (Airtable experience is a plus).
6. Excellent communication skills, balancing collaborative teamwork with project leadership.
7. Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
Preferred Skills
1. Experience working within a creative agency or production studio environment.
2. Background in managing complex or large-scale campaigns.
3. Knowledge of contracts, usage licences, and industry-standard best practices.
