Account Handler // Permanent // Orpington – Hybrid // £26-32,000 per annum
My client, a leader in the insurance industry, is looking for an Account Handler to join their busy Motor Fleet Team based in Orpington.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Communicating with clients and insurance companies
* Data input
* Checking and updating covers, warranties and policies
* Cross selling insurance products
* Day-to-day administration
* Managing client relationships
Experience and Expertise:
* Experience in an administrative role, preferable within the finance or motor industry
* Experience with customer service and call handling
* Account handling experience (preferred but not essential)
* Cert CII qualified (preferred but not essential)
* Great attention to detail
* Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Willingness to learn and develop your skillset
Package:
* Support and funding for qualifications such as Cert CII
* Annual salary review
* 25 days annual leave – increased to 30 days with length of service
