Join our International Logistics Team: The International Logistics Team sits alongside our International Compliance team in our Business Operations division. Following an international expansion, the team is rapidly growing to accommodate the growth of our global business. As International Logistics Senior Specialist, you'll be responsible for: Arranging, coordinating and overseeing international shipments with Softcat's logistics networks Developing the relationship with our sales teams and our customers facilitating regular, clear communication between all parties Alongside the wider team, responsible for all movements of freight including exciting high-revenue, multiple country projects and daily shipping schedules Finding and highlighting cost savings vs speed by utilising our robust network of freight forwarders to deliver on customer expectations Completing and filing all shipment related paperwork correctly for customs purposes We'd love you to have: Prior knowledge and hands on experience with international logistics and warehousing Previous experience of working with the UK Dual Use list and a good understanding of Export licenses Previous experience of working with Dangerous Goods Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work well under pressure The ability to help guide and mentor junior team members Work in a way that works for you We recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
