An exciting new role available for a Legal Secretary within the South-east London area.
We’re seeking strong Personal Assistant/Legal Secretary skills for a role that sits within the corporate and commercial team of a leading UK law firm, proud winners of the ‘Independent Law Firm of the Year’ award.
As this role supports the Head of Department and senior partners, you will be in high demand, so you will be exceptionally organised and detail-oriented, with strong business acumen.
As a Legal Secretary, you would undertake a variety of tasks including inbox and diary management, arrangement of travel, lunches, and taking responsibility for building and fostering client relationships and internal contacts on behalf of the team. You will be proactive with meeting preparation on behalf of your allocation. The role includes document location and light document amendments, and supporting fee earners in BD activities including involvement in the preparation of pitches and presentations.
We are currently open to reviewing strong Personal Assistants from corporate and professional services backgrounds, so if you’re open to working within the legal sector, this could be for you; however, you must have supported fee earners previously at a high level.
You will spend at least 60% of your working week in the office.
