Main responsibilities for the Grounds Person: General maintenance of site - Grass cutting, pruning, leaf collection, weeding, etc. Use of a range of hand and powered equipment and ride-on mowers The successful applicant will be: Highly motivated Experienced in commercial or amenity grounds maintenance Good communication and liaison skills Desirable: Knowledge of fine turf surfaces Understanding of the technical aspects of grounds maintenance, ie, specifications and health and safety requirements Good plant knowledge Horticultural qualification Experience of towing a trailer Experience in Grounds Maintenance PA1 & PA6 We want enthusiastic individuals with a positive working attitude to join our team of 4,000 colleagues across the UK.
