Job Title: Part-Time Contract Administrator

Hourly rate: £12.21 (£12,698 pro rata)
Contract Type: Permanent, part-time
Working hours: Monday-Thursday 09:00-14:30 - 20 hours a week
About the role
We're currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in Barnsley. In this impactful role, you'll provide essential administration support to our busy contract team. Key Responsibilities:
* Managing communication via phone and email, ensuring smooth communication between clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
* Management of contract administration tasks and deadlines.
* Assisting in scheduling and coordination of operatives and subcontractors, ensuring job progress is monitored and reported.
* Ordering office & contract supplies, obtaining quotes for works and ensuring paperwork is completed and filed correctly to maintain accurate works records, orders and site reports.
* Support in tracking contract budgets.
Requirements
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, basic Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Proven experience in a similar administrative role and ability to confidently liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and stakeholders and manage contract documents.
* Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
