If so, read on About Homes for Support: We are a dedicated team of childcare professionals providing therapeutic residential care for children and young people (aged 7 to 18) with emotional, behavioural, and learning difficulties. Our homes, based in Crewe, Cheshire, are purposefully small (2-6 bedrooms), allowing you to build meaningful relationships with the children in your care. You'll also be near our Head Office and Training Centre for easy support and development. Your Role as a Residential Children's Worker: As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for: Providing daily care in a safe, clean, and supportive environment. Encouraging access to education and leisure activities. Supporting life skills development like cooking, budgeting, and relationship-building. Advocating for children, working alongside families and other professionals. You’ll transport children to school, activities, and more if you have a full UK driving licence. What We Offer: Competitive Salary: £27,000 to £42,300 per year, depending on your qualifications and shift pattern.
