Secretary/Administrator
Job Type: Part-Time (with potential for Full-Time)
We are an established mortgage brokerage firm based in Kensington, dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. Our team is committed to helping individuals and families secure the best mortgage solutions tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
2. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
3. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
4. Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents.
5. Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
6. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
7. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
8. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
2. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
3. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
4. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 45-minute lunch break.
