The Demand Manager for Cytiva is responsible for:
* Maintain the PFEP process for PDP and RDP DCs to ensure SKU Inventory parameters are right sized for OTD service level.
* Implement, develop and drive the IMAG process for PDP/RDP to optimise Inventory performance (close gaps from design levels).
* Establish and maintain SW to assure Master Data integrity in Oracle and SAP ERP systems.
* Own the Customer OTD KPI. Lead improvement efforts using DHR’s Problem Solving Process.
* Manage Oracle Order Signals cleaning & transfer to SAP. Automate this process in the Medium over medium term.
* Work with Commercial and Order Entry teams to effectively manage Large Order quantities.
* Provide an Analytical Service for SC and Operations to support better decision making/drive improvement actions.
* Own & manage the IBP process to:
o Enable Production and Purchasing teams to plan Capacity and Materials over a rolling six-month horizon to best support OTD, Productivity and Inventory targets.
o Provide a 3-year view by product family to inform the strategic decision making of the leadership team.
* Work with Operations using DMS & Lean Conv to Continuously drive LT and OQ reduction enabling better OTD and Inventory performance.
* Establish SW with Product Management to proactively optimize (reduce) product portfolio.
This position is part of the Supply Chain located in Ilfracombe and will be on-site in Ilfracombe. At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

* Ability to create Business cases to justify capital expenditure for improvements identified.
Who you are:
* Degree level in supply chain / business management or equivalent experience.
* Experience working in a Manufacturing environment.
* Must be self-motivated.
* Able to demonstrate an aptitude for this highly demanding role.
* Full driving license.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
* Ability to travel – to filtration locations across the globe (Puerto Rico, US, Europe).
* Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
5 years’ management experience working within a Supply chain discipline.
