A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support Advisor based near Redruth. You will be joining a friendly and dynamic team, working for a leading technology company.
We are seeking candidates that ideally have previous experience working on a technical customer support help-desk with switch and network experience. You will be helping deal with queries and resolving issues.
However, if you come from a strong telephone/customer service background with excellent customer service skills, we would also be interested in hearing from you!
If you have good technical skills, this would be an advantage, but not essential.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as first point of contact for customer queries relating to technical software support and general inquiries.
2. Log each query and ensure the CRM database is kept up to date throughout the lifetime and resolution of a query.
3. Maintain accurate database records of interactions with clients and sales contacts within the CRM Software.
4. Take ownership of responding to requests from customers via telephone/email.
5. Educate and train users in the use of the company's products.
6. Assist with sales development and fulfillment, providing cover for inbound sales inquiries.
7. Understand the technical issues presented by the customers and use IT and data knowledge to resolve.
Role includes salary + a shift allowance to be discussed upon application.
Hours are 8am to 8pm or 8pm to 8am, working 2 days (8am to 8pm) followed by 2 nights (8pm to 8am), then 4 off.
25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
