What you’ll do
11. Partner with a team of Product Sales and Pre-Sales team to validate in and out of scope requirements and assist with solutioning as necessary
12. Manage and prioritize Professional Services opportunities
13. Work with Practice Vertical Leads, Practice Directors and Practice Managers to determine best approach to Professional Service offerings based on prospect and scope
14. Create value propositions and develop cost estimates for consulting efforts
15. Manage and prioritize requests from both Account Management and Direct teams
16. Maintain Professional Services Engagement Record updates within our internal sales force automation system to manage and prioritize Professional Services sales opportunities
17. Develop, deliver and sell high-impact Professional Services Value Proposition
18. Participate in developing strategic sales approach for prospective customers
19. Perform knowledge transfer to the delivery team
20. Assist in the planning phase of projects
21. Assist clients with mapping their budget & priorities to the scope and deployment strategy
Qualifications and Skills needed:
22. Oracle EPM/Hyperion platform solution experience
23. Planning and budgeting lifecycle experience, ideally in a consulting capacity
24. 3+ years of experience in systems applications consultancy with a consulting firm or software provider
25. Experience working with sales teams, either in a pre-sales or direct sales role
26. Strong customer relationship acumen and experienced consulting skills
27. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
28. Demonstrable experience in translating customer business requirements into workable world class business solutions
29. Services Delivery Cost Estimation and Statement of Work (SOW) preparation and presentation experience is a plus
30. Full cycle implementation experience of CRM, ERP and eCommerce applications is a plus
31. 2nd European Language is a plus
