Job summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of PMO to join our Strategy and Transformation Directorate. This is a secondment opportunity. This post is a senior strategic and operational portfolio lead responsible for ensuring that health services and system support meets the needs of our population. The post holder will be responsible for leading, overseeing, coordinating, developing, and driving the delivery of core national priorities within the Transformation directorate and the wider ICB ensuring strong relationships. Main duties of the job The post holder will support the Strategic Head of Transformation to manage the PMO portfolio. As a senior representative the post holder will support the ICB improve health outcomes for residents through the development and implementation of health and care strategies that address both national and local ambitions and priorities. In their capacity as the Head of PMO they will be responsible for managing their own portfolio of responsibilities and in addition they will provide leadership, direction and line management to team members ensuring that staff are flexibly deployed, clear on responsibilities and deliver to required timescales.
