The Role:
5. As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property disputes.
6. This is a senior-level position where you will play a key role in advising clients, managing complex cases, and providing strategic legal solutions.
7. Managing a caseload of property litigation matters including disputes related to residential and commercial properties.
8. Providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients.
9. Handling disputes involving landlord and tenant issues, property ownership, boundaries, leases, and other property-related conflicts.
10. Conducting negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings when necessary.
11. Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team.
The ideal candidate:
12. You will be a Senior Property Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years PQE, likely at Senior Associate or Partner level
13. Proven track record of handling complex landlord and tenant disputes as well as a broad mix of residential property and commercial property disputes at a senior level.
14. Strong technical expertise and understanding of property law.
15. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
16. Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
