Holt Recruitment is working with a company in Corfe Mullen. They are looking for an administrator to join the company on maternity cover which can start in March/April until February 2026.
What’s the role?
The administrator will be role based in the office, full time, Monday to Friday in Corfe Mullen. No hybrid or remote working. 07:00 – 16:30.
Administrator duties will include:
Ensure all entries are correctly logged into the system.
Data Entry – updating records.
Provide excellent customer service when dealing with drivers.
Admin duties
Use of Excel and other office programs.
Daily and monthly invoicing
Phones and dealing with anyone visiting on-site.
What do you need?
Previous administrative background.
To be able to organise and manage different tasks effectively.
Highly proficient IT user, including Excel, Outlook
