Description
The Controls and Instrumentation Engineer will support commissioning/validation of new process operations, support existing operational sites, technical troubleshooting of comms/SCADA/software issues, generation of plant documentation & risk assessments, optimisation of plant process parameters, deliver process improvement projects across the sites, training and competence assessment of site staff.
The role will over see seven sites within the Scotland region so this role will be 50% travel, 50% home based
Manage and monitor the manufacturing processes to ensure optimal performance
Process optimisation of plant parameters during verification and ongoing operations
Ensure safety standards are adhered to within all engineering operations
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement within the department
