Job title: Social Media & Influencer Manager
Location: Crawley, West Sussex (Hybrid - 2/3 times a week in the office)
Salary up to £36,000 depending on experience + potential bonus + generous pension scheme + 12 additional flex days off on top of 25 days annual leave + 2 paid volunteering days + many other excellent benefits!
Position Summary
We are looking for a Social Media & Influencer Manager to join our social media team based at our Crawley office. Reporting directly to the Senior Social Media Manager, you will have the scope to be the voice to some of Nestlé Health Science’s most loved brands. With two sides of the business, Consumer Care and Medical Nutrition, you will have the opportunity to work across their vitamins, minerals and herbal supplements portfolio, as well as their medical nutrition categories, supporting their ambition to empower healthier lives through nutrition.
A day in the life of a Social Media & Influencer Manager
You will be responsible for effectively growing our brands' social media communities across multiple platforms, supporting our overall business objectives. You will support in shaping our social & influencer strategy, developing and delivering social content through our in-house teams and driving world-class community engagement to enhance our brand presence.
Key responsibilities of this role will include:
* Deliver engaging social content that drives our brands' social media equity and positive share of voice, leveraging consumer engagement opportunities online.
* Develop and execute the social community strategy and direction, informed by the brand(s) objectives and insight, working closely with the wider Social Media teams, Consumer Engagement Services (CES) team, Brand teams, Digital & eCommerce.
* Understand the changing consumer landscape and champion the social consumer, providing recommendations and thought leadership to the wider business.
* Serve as the social voice for Nestlé, developing creative organic campaigns daily that add value.
* Respond and engage with consumers and fans on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, collaborating with Consumer Services and internal stakeholders.
* Identify and react in a timely manner to tactical & trending opportunities.
* Identify, engage and nurture brand advocates and influencers, leading paid and organic influencer campaigns with our brands.
* Support the proactive management of observed emerging issues, working closely with our Corporate Communications and Consumer Services teams.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to determine the most impactful content.
* Report on monthly social performance to track and share key KPIs.
* Use data & insights to inform strategy.
* Support the brand teams to develop capability across all things social.
* Conduct social listening and insight sharing.
What will make you successful
We are looking for someone with a passion for social. You will have previous work experience in this space, whether that be within an agency or in-house, and be able to demonstrate a strong level of paid, owned & earned social experience. You’ll also:
* Be passionate about creating engaging content that delivers for our brands.
* Have experience managing social communities for brands with a key focus on community engagement across all social platforms.
* Be familiar with trending content to understand how your brand can be involved while maintaining relevance to your audience.
* Have experience building a network of relevant influencers/brands to drive organic reach.
* Have a proven track record of creating engaging content, including copy, and be able to showcase your portfolio of work during the interview process.
* Have some experience using the Adobe Creative suite, specifically Photoshop, AfterEffects & Premiere Pro, and have basic photography & videography skills.
* Have a love for all things health and wellbeing, being able to spot relevant trends in the category.
