Job Description:
Honeycomb are working with a leading Bank within Northern Ireland to recruit for a number of Customer Service Advisors. This role is a full-time temporary position with the option for hybrid working once full training has been completed.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Be the first point of contact for all customers in the bank and provide a professional, friendly, and efficient service on the telephone.
2. Support customers by identifying and recommending appropriate service options with quality conversations and signpost to product offerings.
3. Maintain high standards of data security and GDPR regulations.
4. Follow assigned daily schedules and tasks.
5. Manage complaints.
