We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Central Finance Team to provide key support to the wider Finance team. You will be based at Smith’s Wood Academy.

This post could be term time only plus 2 weeks or an all-year-round post if appropriate.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
* Being the first port of call for all incoming queries, verbal and in writing, and responding to these where appropriate or escalating these to the relevant colleague as necessary
* Proactively building, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the business
* Inputting standard information to the Trust’s finance system (suppliers, debtors) in accordance with procedures
* Processing purchase orders from requisitions accurately and in accordance with agreed authorisation and timescales in accordance with procedures
* Processing and matching invoices to purchase orders
* Liaising with Trust staff for the completion of finance admin tasks
* Working with peers to resolve any issues
* Proactively finding solutions to move our function forward
The ideal candidate will have:
* Knowledge of Iris Financials and Procurement
* Purchase ledger experience
* Previous experience working in finance education
However, full training will be given to candidates without this experience.
