The aim of this role is to provide support to the Front of House Management Team ensuring all aspects of the welcome and uniform area are well managed. Ensuring the daily operation for the Staff and Guest welcome and Uniform department at the resort runs smoothly, you will be the first point of contact for our Business visitors and VIP guests, offering a warm welcome, and ensuring everyone is adhering to uniform standards and site security procedures. You will be responsible for Providing outstanding service to both staff and guests. You will need to gain a general knowledge of the park and its operations to give our staff and guests the best advice and answers to their queries.
