This is a part time postion working 24 hours perk week including 1 weekend day.

We’re looking for:
9. A Level 2 catering/hospitality qualification
10. A Full driver’s license and willing to use own transport
11. Minimum 1 year in a supervisory position
12. Minimum 2 years of catering experience (including food preparation, baking, and food hygiene practices)
13. A strong working knowledge of food safety
14. management
15. Proven track record of managing staff
16. Customer service, including dealing with complaints or
17. difficult situations
18. Flexible attitude, willing to try new activities
Your responsibilities:
19. Supervise the daily operation of the café
20. Nurture positive and mutually beneficial relationships with all key stakeholders
21. Collaborate with the café manager and other partners to undertake marketing and social media activities, promoting the café to increase sales and spread awareness of the work of the charities
22. Assist the Café Manager with Stock management, planning, ordering, and recording
23. Work with the Café Manager to keep the project within its budget
24. You will coach people to develop new skills and grow in confidence in the workplace
25. You will identify preferred methods of communication for each member of the team and ensure that effective communication is prioritised
