Your role:
Working within the Early Intervention team, the Integrated Community Equipment Store provides urgent support to facilitate Hospital Discharge, delivering and installing equipment both to get people home and to allow people to live independently within their own homes.
You will be responsible for the correct input of data, upkeep and continued cleansing of database systems, and correct creation of delivery schedules within ELMS. While in the Office, you will answer calls from the public providing excellent customer care skills as reception and contact centre responsibility work is an essential part of the role. You will liaise with professionals and service users and deal with difficult situations daily.
