I am engaged to appoint a Case Coordinator to join our client who is a top tier legal firm in the city centre of Glasgow. This is a full time, permanent role and a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a career within the legal sectorThis will be office based initially, however after 3 months and after being fully trained you will have the option to work from home 1 day a week The ideal candidate is: A team player Works well under pressure Has a great telephone manner and is comfortable engaging with solicitors and customers on phone and via email Comfortable working in a professional office environment Has excellent communication skills In this role you will be responsible for all aspect of case management in relation to personal injury claims with my client. You will be responsible for your own case load and will manage the process from start to finish ensuring the ed client received the best service during the claims process. You will support with tasks such as: Taking statements from clients Working with in house case management system Coordinate documents with partners & support with aspects of administration Processing incoming & outgoing mail - sorting, naming and scanning onto system Data entry Monitoring coordinator inbox responsible for keeping this up to date and clear Administrative tasks for wider CC team including portal management Prepare and chase mandates Issue letters Are you ready to take the next step in your career?
