VANRATH is delighted to have partnered with a leading media and advertising company to recruit an Account Executive (Digital) to join their talented and growing team.
The office is located at Belfast City Centre, with hybrid working being offered (2-3 days in office per week, more office during training). You must have use of a personal vehicle.

The Role
Selling recruitment advertising and employer branding solutions on well-established and trusted platforms.
Responsibilities
* Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, building long-term relationships.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities in the recruitment advertising sector.
* Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that address client needs.
* Proactively identifying opportunities for repeat business or up-selling additional services.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of advertising campaigns.
* Utilise CRM systems to manage client interactions, track sales pipelines, and ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
* Keep up-to-date with digital media trends and advise clients on best practices.
The ideal person
* Minimum of 2 years in a sales role, preferably within digital media, recruitment or advertising.
* A solid understanding of digital media, recruitment advertising, and social media platforms.
* A full, clean, driving license, access to a car and willingness to travel to meet clients (expenses will be paid for by the company).
* Proven capability to engage and influence clients at all levels.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
