Are you a dynamic and results-driven Programme Manager with proven experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes? We’re looking for a Senior Programme Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-wide initiatives involving Oracle Fusion and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:
* Own the successful delivery of complex programmes across Finance, HR, and CRM domains.
* Drive planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement across business and IT teams.
* Oversee third-party vendors and system integrators ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
* Ensure programme governance, risk management, and benefits realisation.
* Align programme delivery with strategic business outcomes.
Skills & Experience:
* Extensive experience in programme management within enterprise environments.
* Demonstrable delivery experience with Oracle Fusion (ERP/HCM) and Salesforce CRM platforms.
* Strong stakeholder management skills up to C-suite level.
* Excellent understanding of governance frameworks (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).
Desirable:
* Sector experience in utilities, telecoms, or public sector.
* Familiarity with security and compliance requirements in cloud environments.
