You will provide technical support remotely for the business's external clients. Your duties will include:
1. Resolving and escalating tickets
2. Involvement in large projects (upgrades, rollouts, migrations)
3. Technical research for client solutions
4. Logging and updating IT support issues
5. Partaking in technical training and personal development sessions
