Job Description:
* Train on Funding and Money market settlement and understand trading flows.
* Responsibility of TDBEL security and cash settlement processing.
* Resolve all unmatched trade exceptions through communication with clients, internal teams and with Sales & Trading.
* Complete daily nostro and depot reconciliation and escalate any risk item.
* Promptly deal with customer inquiries via phone and email and deliver a world class customer experience.
* Build strong relationships with clients, Operations teams, and sales/trading, becoming a trusted partner.
* Participate in projects impacting Fixed Income including new product implementation, new platforms or new regulations where required.
* Identify where processes can be streamlined, and automation implemented.
* Responsibility to ensure own documentation and procedures are kept updated and be the main Audit contact.
* Perform sundry duties as requested by management.
* Work with the wider Fixed Income team to cross train where necessary.

* Ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced and busy environment.
* Impeccable analytical skills, recognizing why an issue has occurred and isolating the root cause.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are imperative whilst dealing with internal and external stakeholders, including Front Office and senior Operations colleagues.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
