Job summary Parent and Baby Unit are looking to recruit to a Band 7 Clinical Lead. The post is full time and permanent and will support the team based in Stoke on Trent. The successful candidate will be expected support the Team Manager in delivering a high quality perinatal mental health service for service users experiencing a deterioration in mental health in the perinatal period.provide clinical leadership within the team and management support, deputising for the Team Manager in their absence. The post holder will be expected to work autonomously within a multi-disciplinary framework, providing training and staff development, specialist assessment, clinical support and time limited interventions to service users. The post holder will act as a source of expertise and point of contact within the team and demonstrate highly specialised communication skills and problem-solving abilities when prioritising risk. Main duties of the job 1. Facilitation of regular meetings with individuals/ disciplines to inform and update them on clinical and strategic quality issues 2. Disseminate ongoing progress and broadcast successes through all communication channels including practitioner forums, newsletters, bulletins, supervision etc. 3.
