We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Referrals Administrator to join our well established administrative team in the South Oxon Adult Mental Health Team. Do you have excellent telephone and communication skills and the ability to liaise with all professionals, colleagues, service users and their families in a confident and professional manner? The South Adult Mental Health Team (AMHT) is comprised of four bases, located in Wallingford, Abingdon, Didcot and Wantage. This post will be primarily based in Wallingford. As the Referrals Administrator, you will be responsible for processing incoming referrals across the South AMHT and booking new patient assessments as required. You will also support with setting new patients up on True Colours so that outcome measures are sent to patients prior to assessment. You will also be required to ensure that referral data is kept up to date and accurate, supporting management to review if any referrals are due to breach or have not yet been actioned.
